Aryo has studied Architecture and worked as a designer and project manager for 30 years. As an associate member of the Architectural Institute of BC, Applied Science & Technology of BC, and the Home Protection office he updates his training every year to make sure he is right on top of latest construction techniques.
As a certified Built-Green and Passive House designer, Aryo has designed many homes in Vancouver and the lower mainland for both designers and homeowners. Aryo enjoys working on residential homes including new home builds and renovations. In addition, he works well as part of an Architectural team on multi-family low-rise and high-rise commercial and institutional buildings.

DESIGN STYLE AND PREFERENCE
Aryo prefers an open and contemporary design concept with special attention to home or building entryways. In addition, easy of access is a hallmark of Aryo’s home builds. He believes that the kitchen is the heart of most homes and he favours a central location so that this room is easily accessed from the majority of the home.
TRANSPARENCY AND LIGHT
Everything looks better in natural light and so wherever possible Aryo loves to bring the natural light of the outdoors to illuminate the indoor. At night, he uses well-placed artificial light to create a natural night ambiance.

Marketing and Communications
Esther studied communications in Mexico and spent most of her time in Canada in the field of marketing and advertising. She is taking care of the marketing decisions and advertising budgeting in the firm. She in contact with construction firms in the lower mainland, Architects, homebuilders, and potential homebuilders to promote our green construction practices.
